Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
National BNB ("National BNB," "we," "us," or "our"), a Mordecai Properties company, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to nationalbnb.com and to the owner, agent, and administrative portals we operate.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an earnings estimate, apply to our Certified Agent Program, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, property details, brokerage and license number (for agents), and anything else you choose to include in a message.
Information created by using our services. If you are a property owner under management, we process booking records, guest stay dates, revenue and payout figures, invoices, maintenance and project records, blocked dates, and notes related to your property.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields and are tokenized. National BNB never receives or stores your full card number. We retain only limited details such as the card brand, last four digits, and expiration date so you can recognize your saved payment method.
Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver the earnings estimate or program information you requested.
- To provide property management services, including listing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, pricing, and maintenance.
- To create and secure your account, and to authenticate you when you sign in.
- To issue invoices, process payments, and produce owner statements.
- To communicate with you about your property, your account, or your application.
- To review and evaluate Certified Agent Program applications.
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:
- Booking channels (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com) — listing content and availability, so your property can be booked.
- Service providers — payment processing (Stripe), database and authentication hosting (Supabase), application hosting (Railway), and transactional email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
- Vendors performing work at your property — cleaners and maintenance contractors receive only the information necessary to complete the job.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of National BNB, our owners, or the public.
- Business transfers — if National BNB is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies and local browser storage necessary to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. We do not use our site to serve third-party advertising or to build advertising profiles about you.
5. Data security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with row-level security controls so that owners can access only their own records. Access to administrative data is limited to authorized National BNB personnel. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
6. Data retention
We keep account, booking, and financial records for as long as your account is active and afterward for as long as required to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations — generally seven years for financial records. Estimate requests and program applications that do not become accounts are retained for up to 24 months.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Owners with accounts can view and update much of their information directly in the owner portal. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link; we will still send you transactional messages such as invoices and booking notices while your account is active. To make a request, email owners@nationalbnb.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice through the site or by email.
